How Do I Make An Appointment?
Simply call us on 01324 433 433 to make an appointment.
We do not need a letter of referral from your GP in order to see you but if you are planning to use health insurance please see the relevant section below.
When Are You Open?
We are open 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 8am-8pm Wednesday and Thursday.
What Should I expect from My First Physiotherapy Appointment?
The Initial Assessment for physiotherapy lasts for one hour. During this time your physiotherapist will discuss your current injury, your occupation, your lifestyle and any other relevant medical information.
The physiotherapist will then begin treatment during this session and also discuss the planned management of your injury and further follow up treatment of 30 minute appointments that maybe required.

What Should I Wear?
Your modesty and privacy will be respected at all times and you will be treated in a private room. If you are seeing us for a lower limb or back problem you may feel more comfortable bringing a pair of shorts but don’t worry if you forget, we have plenty.
If you are seeking advice related to a specific sport, e.g. running or golf then please bring your favourite pair of shoes along with you, it helps us see all kinds of things just looking at a sole of a trainer! It would also be beneficial to bring any sporting equipment you use regularly such as your tennis racquet or golf clubs.
What if I am under 16?
We are happy to treat patients from a young age but all minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who will be present in the room whilst treatment takes place.
How Can I pay?
We are happy to accept cash, cheque or cards for payment. We accept all major cards but sorry, no American Express.
Can I Use Health Insurance?
We are associated with all major insurance companies including BUPA, Aviva, AXA PPP, Cigna, PruHealth, Simply Health and WPA. We cannot emphasise enough how important it is that you contact your insurer BEFORE your Initial Assessment and that you provide a valid authorisation number for your treatment when you attend. Some insurers may request a GP referral in order to authorise physiotherapy treatment.
If you do not have a valid authorisation number when you attend then we will expect you to pay for treatment and please be aware that it is your responsibility to manage any excess payments that may be incurred when claiming through a health insurer.
We are also happy to provide receipts and invoices for treatments if you are using a scheme such as Healthshield or can claim for treatment through your employer.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
We ask for 24 hours cancellation if you no longer require your appointment or know that you will not be able to attend. Please understand that by cancelling early this gives us an opportunity to offer valuable time to another patient who may be on our waiting list and in need of our help.
If you should fail to attend and do not contact us then we will ask for the full cost of the appointment to be paid by you.
