ANDREW RASELLI – Chartered Physiotherapist
B.App.Sc (Physiotherapy) MCSP, HCPC
After graduating from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia in 1990, Andrew worked within the public health system at home and in Canada for several years before moving on to various locum positions, both in the public and private sector.
As the Millennium dawned, Andrew finally saw the light and moved to the UK. Australia’s loss, our gain! He settled in working at BUPA Murrayfield Sports Medicine Clinic and moved into private practice in 2004.
Having previously enjoyed stints with the Scottish Cricket Team and Edinburgh Rugby Club, Andrew’s experience in the sports field is second to none. However, he has also worked with corporate clients such as Scottish Power and Ford Motors giving him a broad and varied experience of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries.
More recently Andrew has selflessly covered events both home and away including the World Touch Rugby Championships and supported the Scottish Ski Team at the National Championships in Italy.
Whilst he enjoys the sporting environment, Andrew is happy treating patients from every walk of life and his typical “no worries” Aussie attitude ensures patients feel comfortable and reassured at all times whilst he works hard to establish a rapid and no fuss recovery.
When not working in the clinic or hanging about on a side-line, Andrew is a keen cyclist and reader. For his sins as a devoted Aussie-Scot, he tortures himself watching our National team play rugby whenever he can.
