Rachael graduated with a Dip HE in Adult Nursing from The University of Stirling in 2000. She has worked in a number of different clinical areas including Neurosurgery, care of patients following spinal surgery and care of the elderly.

Up until three years ago Rachael was working in two different jobs; as a Business Centre Deputy Manager and as a Clinical Advisor in a Nurse Management role for a private Medical Firm.

Following an accident Rachael had to take time out as she required spinal surgery and has spent important time on the road to recovery. During her rehabilitation Rachael sought out a physiotherapist qualified in Pilates in order to help her overcome her injury and met Arlene. Through working with us we are pleased to have Rachel back to work and a valued member of the Life Fit team.

Outwith work, Rachael spends time with her husband and family of four children. She has two children who have flown the nest to London and Glasgow and two still at school.
